If I Sailed the Desert
A sailor adrift on a silvery sea has only his rope to pass the time. Turquoise rope weaves together the ages in an endless circle.
Over four yards of turquoise and sterling beads, strung twice, are woven three times around in a fivefold braid forming the sailor’s knot.
